You booked a well-equipped apartment just a short time ago and now your employees need to leave all of a sudden? This could be because of a local faire, a football game or some touristic things happening in the city yo booked an accommodation.
This situation leads to stress for you and your company because one person needs to solve this issue quickly and find another place to stay for your employees. Just saying: this will take time and time is money.
 

Your employees need to quickly leave a booked apartment. What can you do now?

There are several things you can try to solve this problem:

-   Scan through the relevant portals that are offered in Germany to find a
“Monteurwohnung” to stay and contact potentially suiting apartments. In case there
is a local faire or anything else going on that will lead to a crowded city in which you
booked: try to find a nearby smaller city and contact apartments there.

-   Aside from portals, there are lots of groups on Facebook or “Kleinanzeigen” in
Germany. Look for keywords such as “Monteurwohnung”, “möbliertes Wohnen” or
“Fewo”/”Ferienwohnung” in the city of interest.

-   Look for an agency that will help you finding an alternative apartment. Take into
consideration that this service will also cost some money. However, your employees
don’t have to deal with it. Their working time is valuable to you!
